Size: About 8 mm.
This looks like Evaniella semaeoda. Identification made using the key on Evaniodea Online. If correct, this is a new species for BugGuide.
Also a first BG photo of an unpinned individual in this genus. Confirmation or refutation appreciated, as always.

Evaniidae
Evaniella semaeoda Bradley. Picture on right is best as it shows the wing venation - the many cells separate from Hyptia, the other native genus.
