Is this a Common Blue? Any identifying characteristics?

Maybe a Springwater dancer? I
Maybe a Springwater dancer? I don't really know anything about ID'ing these guys but if eye color isn't variable then that'd be my guess, as these guys appear to have blue eyes where the Bluet has black eyes i think.

These are Enallagma, not Argia. Not sure about the species offhand, will look again later but they may not be identifiable.
