Moved
Moved from Midges. ID is tentative. It seems to have the shortened R veins of some of the Pentaneurini.

Male something-or-other
It's a freshly emerged (antenna hairs flat) male. Do you have a closer view of the wing veins and tail? I can't quite see what I'm looking for.
