Beetle - Euphoria sepulcralis
Bastress Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania, USA

Size: about 1/2"
This beetle was dining on some goldenrod today. Everything I have been able to find so far indicates no hair on the beetles, at least not to the extent that it is on this beetle. The hairy nature of this beetle almost reminds me of a bumble bee. Any help would be appreciated.
