Agapostemon? - Agapostemon

Agapostemon? - Agapostemon
Arvada, Jefferson County, Colorado, USA
August 31, 2009
Size: abt. 1 cm
This is a male, correct? There are 2 Agapostemons that are very similar in our gardens. Both have a green head and thorax, but the striping color and patterns look very different on the abdomen. Are these likely 2 different species? Here is the image of the other Agapostemon from our gardens:

Moved from ID Request. Males and females tend to have different colors on their abdomens -- yellow vs. off-white stripes or solid green vs. striped.

Thanks.
That information is very helpful. I know I have seen all green Agapostemons too.
