New plant, new place - Bagrada hilaris
Incredible Edible Park, Irvine, Orange County, California, USA

This (solo) bug was in a small park next to a tract next to my tract, i.e. a "citified" location. It was found on bindweed, maybe fifty feet from a bunch of Scantius aegyptius of various ages. I have not seen the two invasives together before.
