Grapeleaf Skeletonizer? - Cisseps fulvicollis

Grapeleaf Skeletonizer? - Cisseps fulvicollis
Kettle Moraine State Forest (Southern Unit), Walworth County, Wisconsin, USA
September 27, 2009
Is this a Grapeleaf Skeletonizer? The reason I'd like confirmation is that according to BG Info, it rests with its wings spread. This one didn't.
