Ligia pallasii

Ligia pallasii
Aleck Rock (South of Lopez Island), San Juan County, Washington, USA
September 18, 2009
Size: 4.0cm
Observed on bedrock a few meters above the high tide line on a very small and rather isolated islet in the San Juans. One antennae is broken off. Is this a native species? Common? Typical habitat?

Thanks, Jonas. In checking around with other references, this seems very likely. Totally new to me. Many thanks.
