Yes, this is a Jumper. And it is likely a subadult audax. Which is one of the commonest. I find them especially common at this time of year. Juveniles and females often have oranges and greens in the color pattern. I have a very large female living in my car currently. She ranges everywhere and I leave the top down so she can access the insect food-world.
