my 3year old son found this bad boy by the tv....it was really fast and huge!! I thought it was a Brown recluse at 1st but upon further notice i decided it wasnt. Is this a Wolf Spider?? I hurt his back leg on accident trying to catch him, i let him free in the yard afterwards.

If you are not sure whether it is a wolf spider, then what makes you certain that it is Pardosa lapidicina?

 
I second that
This is almost certainly a species of Hogna. I don't know of any Pardosa that are this large and robust for one thing.
