Yellow-collared Scape Moth
Probably Cisseps fulvicollis but there are some similar species.


 
No doubt.
Definitely Cisseps fulvicollis. Narrow wings that rest in this position usually indicate a Yellow-Collared Scape Moth. Also, the yellow line is straight across, not jagged like Ctenucha virginica.
