Male or female? - Microcentrum rhombifolium - female

Male or female? - Microcentrum rhombifolium - Female
Franklin, Michigan, USA
October 6, 2009
I found this gorgeous katydid on the wall outside. I'm pretty certain it's a Greater angle-winged katydid but is it a male or female? If it's a female, she looks gravid. Will it die this Michigan winter here?

Female
You can just make out the ovipositor at the tip of the abdomen. Plus, lack of file and scraper on "shoulders" of front wings leads one to conclude it is female.
