looks like Argia
Pretty sure it's one of the dancers. Will need to check the books to know which one.
Aurora would have slightly open wings and obvious yellow under the thorax among other things. Plus it's basically a northeastern species.

Can you crop these down? There's a ton of background that makes it really hard to view the bug in the reduced image.
