Yes
Ponera exotica would be the only other possibility but I don't think it occurs that far north.

 
Ponera exotica
is smaller and lighter in color - about 2.75-3.0 mm long and yellowish in contrast to pennsylvanica's 3.0-3.5 mm and dark brown. The northern location further clinches this as P. pennsylvanica.
