Cotesia, pretty sure
With that host, it sounds like it must be Cotesia.
1/8 inch would be about a little less than two millimeters, isn't it?
Is it possible, by any chance that you can brighten the image a little bit with Photoshop? I realize that you took the picture several years ago and probably that was the best you could do. I have many like this too. Sigh!

It certainly looks (to my untrained eye) like it could be a Cotesia--see this one for comparison:

My understanding is that the Cotesia species parasitizing sphingids are currently all considered to be C. congregata, but that recent research is suggesting that it is actually a complex of very similar species, each with a different hornworm host. See the quote on the guide page.
