Unknown wasp - Campsomeris - Male

Size: 14 - 18mm
Couldn't find anything in the Guide that looks like this.
I have four images of this wasp and the one I didn't upload is a blurred image of it flying off.
I haven't seen another like it since.

is as good as mine, as that's as close as I could come.
This wasp looks very similar except for color.

Pretty sure you have the genus right, too. Male for certain.
