A new orbweaver for me for WA (I think). It looks like Neoscona arabesca? I'll be sending to Rod.

Rod Crawford Confirmed: Yes, I think this has to be N. arabesca. The abdomen is darker than
most specimens I've seen but the epigynum is a good match. It's the
only Neoscona known from western Washington anyway.
