of some type I think. There aren't any entries in Bugguide for Nevada yet, but that's what it looks like to me. Let's see what others think.

That's what I was thinking, but as you said, there aren't really any entries for Nevada.

Nevada is blank on the data maps for many taxa, even when nearby states are shaded. (Being in California, I look up a lot of Western species.) There may just not be enough Nevadans observing and reporting, and then so much of the state is dry that creatures that need a moist habitat wouldn't thrive there.
