Found indoors. Tineid of some kind? I see a lot of house hold casebearer larvae around (Phereoeca uterella) and comparing this image to an image of an adult (here), I can see a resemblance, but I'd like a second opinion.

Wow, that picture really puts mine to shame. Probable frass material once this is ID'd.
