Kerry's got the ID, sex, and stage (imago) right, but Isonychiidae is the current family name (no longer sunk under Siphlonuridae), and sadleri has been incorporated into bicolor (along with such former species as harperi, matilda, and albomanicata).

Isonychia bicolor?
If I am reading this correctly, this image has been identified to species as Isonychia bicolor. Lloyd, would you mind confirming this? I'll be happy to create the species page.

Thanks
for your work on the mayflies and this update on the taxonomy. The beauty of this site (thank's Troy) is the chance to correct or confirm previous confusions. ;)>

White-gloved Howdy
This is most likely Isonychia bicolor-possibly a male imago- (Siphlonuridae: Isonychiinae). If the foretarsi were dark rather than light, then it might be I.sadleri.
