It's a bit tattered and there are a lot of images of this common skipper, but most of them are of the blue-green upperside, or the underside of a less-clearly-marked individual. The underside of the forewing here is one of the better ones we have for the species.

Looks like...
Long-tailed Skipper (Urbanus proteus) but there are a couple of look-alikes but I think i see a bit of the green-blue iridescence near the head.
