Trimerotropis maritima
The coloration, low middle of the pronotum, and the produced lower rear angle of the pronotum are all characteristic of this species. The fact that there is only one species that looks like this in the area helps a lot too! A male last instar nymph.

it almost appears to be a pyg
it almost appears to be a pygmy aztec grasshopper but you might be able to tell better with an estimated size
