Pretty sure on the spider, but no idea on the ant.

It's interesting to me with size difference between predator and prey, and how both have bulbous bodies.

Thanks. I'm going to move it to the ant page since it has a nice shot of the wing venation.

Lasius sp.
I can't get the species without examing the specimen, but can say with comfort that the ant is a winged female of the genus Lasius.

And I agree, the spider looks to beAchaearanea tepidariorum.
