White aphids on smartweed - Female

Size: Largest ~1mm
These white aphids are on every smartweed plant I've seen during the summer, especially in the city. I've never seen them on any other plant. Hopefully this loyalty to a single foodplant will help with ID!

Plant: Lady's thumb/smartweed, Polygonum species. (There are a lot of species, and the aphids were on all of them.)
