H. euryalus ("kasloensis")
According to S. Smith, due to locality and physical features, this moth is likely a member of the "kasloensis" complex. Scott has been collecting and rearing euryalus and kasloensis from across the Pacific northwest for several decades and is very experienced with these moths.

In comparison with other images and preserved specimens, the moth in this pic is congruent with many other "kasloensis" specimens.

As mentioned in the Wild Silk Moths of N.A. ...Plate 28 under comments..."with black scales on the postmedial band and hindwing spots which vary from elongate as in euryalus to short as in gloveri..". The black scaling is a trait evident in this moth. I'm also considering information shared with regards to the image below which were also strongly supportive of "kasloensis".

another excellent example of yours from a nearby locality
