Tibicen pruinosus (?)
Image 344729 looks to be Tibicen pruinosus
In support of T. pruinosus: dark eyes, intense greens, suggestive pattern on pronotum
(other possibilities incl. T. lyricen?: T. lyricen is typically an earlier season species, but may persist in some localities longer than others. Tenerals of most T. lyricen populations are usually characterized by stronger pinkish-browns than seen here and often lack the extensive bright aqua blue-greens.)

Identification of tenerals can be difficult, however, based on a few basic characters, overall appearance, range, and given date of pic ... T. pruinosus is a likely candidate and should occur in your area.

T. pruinosus
