Punctulata and rabida are listed for Ohio. Given the faint light areas in the abdominal median band I think this is rabida.

I think I agree
I'm not as familiar with this genus as I would like to be, but I think R. rabida is correct.

...one of the Rabid Wolf Spiders in the Rabidosa genus.
