That would be my guess...
...based on the wing pattern but the green eyes confuse me...

What's confusing about green?

 
All of this genus that I have seen...
...and all examples on BugGuide have red eyes with yellow bands across them. Having never seen one with green eyes is what makes the green eyes confusing. I realize that this is but a small sample of this genus but it is all I have to go by.
