Hi Butch , I'm curious to know what this Bug is as well .
This is the 3rd time I have come across this bug on Althea plants and so far no one has given an ID.

Niesthrea louisianica
I'm quite certain these are Niesthrea louisianica nymphs. I became familiar with this species when studying how they are being used as possible control of the weed velvetleaf. Very interesting study. ~

 
I wonder....
I wonder if these are not the nymphs of a scentless plant bug in the genus Niesthrea. I'm going to put them there for now, hoping a real expert will be able to confirm or deny.
