Argiope aurania taking a stroll on my deck. Although it was not bigger than a quarter, it felt HUGE when I saw it for the first time.

Hi Derek
Cool spider, and you were brave to let it crawl on your hand! In an ongoing attempt to control the number of images of the most popular species (like this one) we ask that you pick your favorite shot to leave in the guide and frass the rest. Personally, I like the one where it's crawling on your hand, but of course you should pick your favorite.
