Fly on daisy Fly on daisy

Moved
Moved from Tachinidae.

Moved
Moved from Flies. When I shrink the original image down so that the fly and flower look right to me, I get a fly length of about 8 mm. Does that seem reasonable? ...Unfortunately I'm not totally certain what sort of daisylike flower this was. I added a zoomed-out view, in case that helps.

Tachinidae: possibly Siphona
can't really tell how big this fly is, but it does look like Siphona, or possibly a small Leskiini
