Is the fly on the right male? Its eyes don't meet, although they're closer together than the other fly's. The lateral view shows that these flies weren't quite mating--maybe preparing to.

Probably Lucilia
I think these are Lucilia blow flies. This must be one of the flies where males have larger eyes than females but not eyes that meet on top. There are many such species.
