Female tree cricket
Nice photo of a female tree cricket. It is definitely Oecanthus. However, without a clear frontal view of those black marks on the 1st two segments of the antennae it is difficult to say with 100% certainty which species it is. Especially since angles can distort the shape of the markings. Possibilities are: Snowy or Narrow-winged. Based on isolated red on the head without extending into the pronotum, and the lack of dark green slash marks on the distal wings...I'm placing this in O. fultoni for now.

Closeups of black marks
I added two new shots that show the black marks on the antennae a little better.

How can you tell it's female?

Thanks!
