Chrysididae - Chrysis angolensis

Chrysididae - Chrysis angolensis
Lake Harbor John Stetch Park, Palm Beach County, Florida, USA
October 26, 2009
Size: close to 5/8"
This looks very similar to the other individual I posted , but this one had more of a blue tipped abdomen and other areas , was slightly larger and more robust , and smoother exoskeleton . It's behavior was different in the sense that it kept going into a hole (on a large retired axial flow pump body) where large mud daubers were transiting . Are these parasitoids ? Is it the same species as the other I posted , but a female ?

Chrysis angolensis
Although the photos are not very well focused Chrysis angolensis is so characteristic species that it can still be recognized here.
