Moved from ID Request. I'm calling it a female Callibaetis with broken tail filaments. They should be longer than the body. Hopefully the mayfly experts will notice here to confirm or correct.

Definitely Ephemeroptera. Really short cerci, though. Is it one of the few Ephemeroptera with only two cerci?
