Ichneumonid/Brachonid Wasp with orange legs and purple wings - Exetastes

Size: Body=1.4cm, w/ ante=2.2cm
Animal was found in pitfall trap that had about half inch of rain in it from yesterday, habitat is rocky oak hickory woods.
