I believe it's Taedia albifacies
although A1 looks shorter than the width of the head in the photo. It's usually difficult to measure the actual length of antenna in a photo because it is not parallel to the surface of the photo.

You are right,the photo is deceiving. The a 1 is longer than the head is wide when I look at the specimen

Hmm...
There are some species having a pair of dots on the pronotum, Taedia, Ilnacora, Closterotomus norvegicus, Adelphocoris lineolatus, and a species of Lygus. But, I have no idea about the guy like this...
