Love it!
Love this image. One might expect a cat or a dog on your lap, but this is truly unique...:-) If these are now breeding in Indiana, though, then there really is something to this global warming thing....

 
no more lubs
I found one in my yard 3 years ago. For the next 2 years i had them---LOTS of them. But they didn't make it thru the winter of 2008. I saw one tiny juvenile and that's it. Come to find out the idiot across the street brought some back from Florida and turned them loose.
That could have been a disaster! But they were extremely beautiful and photogenic---slow moving and easy to pick up. I enjoyed having them around. I have a huge garden for them to consume. I plant things to attract insects. I have MANY photographs of them, but maybe too artsy for BugGuide.
