i need to study
these two more closely. Top down I can get, but not as much this kind of angle.

 
We can see the jog in the black dorsal line
in this image, and the back of the animal is essentially black with yellow spots. You can see our amateur descriptions on the info pages of both species. Just click INFO here and when your done, there's a link to venusta there.

maybe Orchard Orbweaver, Leucauge venusta
I'm not 100% sure from this angle though. In FLA, you have another similar looking spider, Leucauge argyra. Let's see what other people think on this one.
