Gall wasp?
I'm really curious what this is because I found something nearly identical myself today! My images are not nearly as good, but I also captured the specimen and can maybe put it under my microscope this week....

I'm thinking Gall Wasp too
But the last one I thought was a gall wasp was an Ichneumon.
