Looks like these are Stylogas
Looks like these are Stylogaster biannulata. The antennae are a bit fuzzy so I can't be positive but I am 99% sure. The 3rd flagellomeres appear to be very short, separating this from the many S. neglecta photos on bug guide.

No need to put state twice, and no need for USA at all. The software will put that all in. We edited the location on these so the state didn't get printed twice.
