triple-branched tubercles
Two of them, the largest along the leaf vein - all the "prongs" are thick and similar in length, it's the most prominent triple-branched H. axyridis tubercle I've seen. The second to its right is also prominently triple-branched, more so than most, though it looks less impressive compared to that very large one.
