Meloidae, Blister Beetle
It reminds me of the Tricrania species I found in Colorado. Yours has differences/different species, but I do see some similarities. Maybe yours is Tricrania sanguinipennis? I could be off, so better wait for the experts.

Great image of an uncommon blister beetle in the family Meloidae, genus Tricrania. Very nice, might be a new species for the guide!
