I think it's
genus Erynnis but someone else MAY be able to tell you the species.

Duskywing looks good to me.
If you lived where I do (Orange County, CA), there are only two duskywings, and they have different habitats. Slam dunk!

Dreamy Duskywing (Erynnis icelus)
Sleepy Duskywing (Erynnis brizo)
Juvenal's Duskywing (Erynnis juvenalis)
Horace's Duskywing (Erynnis horatius)
Zarucco Duskywing (Erynnis zarucco)
Wild Indigo Duskywing (Erynnis baptisiae)

I have no idea what yours is, so I'd click on each of these at the website and hope one stands out.
