Andrena (Trachandrena) virginiana
female

Note the double rows of punctures across the vertex and the white tergal hair bands present laterally. Most importantly, note the very sparse scutal punctures with shining interspaces. The scutum is far more densely punctate in the similar A. miranda.

This is a species "impossible" to identify from photos, but these images are so extraordinarily good that identification is not only possible but actually rather easy.
