Nemouridae, likely Malenka
Based on the fore wing venation, your stonefly appears to be of family Nemouridae. And, based on its early November observation, it must be of genus Malenka. That is the only Nemourid genus (of which I am aware) that would be in its winged lifestage in November, as the others are Spring to Mid-Summer emergers.

Would suggest it remain placed at order (Plecoptera) level for several days, and if my suggested placement is not challenged, that it be moved to a (new) genus Malenka under family Nemouridae.
