This follows up on . I set aside the blackberry sprig with the yellow spider and eggs on it after photographing them. Next day, the egg sac was on the leaf, and the spider was gone. Now the egg sac remains, the yellow spider hasn't returned, and yesterday another spider moved in.

If anything, the outlines of eggs have grown more defined.
