Springtail - Desoria

Size: 1.5 mm
The date and location above indicate the time and place of collection. I actually found and photographed this springtail on 11/5/09--it was in a sandwich box into which I had placed a few dead leaves on Oct. 29, and hadn't reopened the box until Nov. 5.
