Size: 3 mm
thought it was a leafhopper at first--never saw it fly. of all the photos i managed i'm not sure i can see any barbs on the back legs. in the side view it sort of looks like there may be some. it looks cicada-like in that view.

This interesting psocoptera is in the genus Valenzuela; Family Caeciliusidae. Unfortunately this genus now has over 300 species in it world wide. Picking out which one we have here is beyond me (for now...)
