Limnephilidae
but can't tell which genus without looking at the specimen.

 
Which characters
are most important? Anal hooks? Dorsal setae? Let me know and I'll get the images.

 
limnephilid larvae are tough
start with gill number and location, then the details (location, color) of the mid and hind femur setae, and details (location, structure, color) of setae of proleg lateral sclerite and anterior corner of pronotum. That may be enough for a jeffco critter.
